Welcome to LongDong™ 3.0, operated at TheHomeRuns.org ("the Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

1. What the Service Does

LongDong™ provides daily analysis ranking MLB batters by home run probability using publicly available baseball statistics, park factors, weather data, and proprietary modeling. The Service is an analytical tool for informational and entertainment purposes.

2. Not Gambling Advice

The Service does not constitute gambling advice, betting recommendations, or financial guidance of any kind. All analysis is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. Any decisions you make based on this information — including but not limited to sports betting, daily fantasy, or other wagering — are entirely your own responsibility. We make no guarantees about the accuracy of predictions or the profitability of any strategy. Past performance does not predict future results.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account. One account per person. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Free accounts have access to limited features. Paid subscriptions ("Pro") unlock the full Service. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your profile page — your access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers. Payment processing is handled by Stripe; their terms apply to transactions.

5. Acceptable Use

Don't do any of the following: scrape or programmatically access the Service without permission; redistribute our analysis, emails, or data commercially; attempt to access other users' accounts; use the Service for any unlawful purpose; or interfere with the Service's infrastructure.

6. Intellectual Property

The LongDong™ model, scoring algorithms, analysis, email content, and website design are our intellectual property. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission. MLB statistics used in analysis are sourced from publicly available data.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or the accuracy of any analysis or prediction. Baseball is inherently unpredictable — that's the whole point.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
