Refund Policy

We want the product to earn your trust quickly. If it is not useful for you, we would rather make the refund simple than make you fight for it.

First 7 Days

Cancel within your first 7 days and we will issue a full refund. No questions, no friction.

After 7 Days

After the first week, refunds are prorated for the unused portion of your paid access. We calculate the unused time daily.

How to Request a Refund

Email hello@thehomeruns.org with the email address on your account. We will review and process the request as quickly as possible.

Chargebacks

Please email us before disputing a charge. Chargebacks cost more than the refund itself; we would rather refund first and keep the process human.

We do not hide cancellation or make you call anyone. Trust matters more than squeezing one more payment out of a bad fit.
